WAC Show Has Opera, All That Jazz

The Windward Artists Council’s 20th annual community concert, “A Musical Odyssey, Internationale & America’s Jazz,” begins at 7:30 p.m. May 26 at Calvary Episcopal Church in Kaneohe.

The free event features musicians from Hawaii Symphony Orchestra, acclaimed soprano Bai He of Hawaii Opera Theatre, the Hawaii Ballet de Corps Dancers and Opera Studio.

Also on the program are jazz artists Les Peetz, Jon Kolivas, Chuck James and Aaron Cardenas, with Tom Holowach as the concert narrator.

The church is on Aumoku Street across from Windward City Shopping Center.
