Valentine’s Day At Waimea
Love is in the air Feb. 14 as Waimea Valley and the Haleiwa Farmers Market celebrate Valentine’s Day with a romantic dinner and vow renewal ceremony.
The wedding vow renewal ceremony begins at 5:30 p.m., and will be on the main lawn with its poinciana tree serving as a beautiful backdrop. The three-course dinner begins at 6 and features a choice of appetizers that includes ahi poke tacos, gnocchi with Bolognese sauce, and fried green tomatoes. The main course offers grass-fed filet mignon, lamb lollipops, grilled shrimp, organic chicken breast, crepes and barbecue beef. Dessert choices are tarts, crème brule, tiramisu, chocolate mousse, Belgian waffles and a whipped crème crepe.
