Teen Vogue Back To School

Windward Mall hosts its annual Teen Vogue Back to School event and Miss Hawaii Day Aug. 16. Starting at 11 a.m., the first 200 shoppers to spend $75 or more will be able to select a free $10 gift card for one of the following stores: Aeropostale, Cookie’s Clothing Co., Charlotte Russe, Local Motion, T&C Surf Designs or Wet Seal. From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., select retailers throughout the mall also will offer special deals and discounts.
