Skincare Guru Hylton Lea Hosts Master Class At Neiman Marcus
Hylton Lea, global director of skincare at Le Metier de Beaute, conducts a Master Class June 13 at 4:30 p.m. at Neiman Marcus Ala Moana (in the Mermaid Bar).
“It’s a technological dive into the brand to give everybody an understanding of what can happen when you use our products,” explains Lea. “The brand is based on three principles: performance, quality and craftsmanship. We do this Rejuvenating Anti-Aging Night Creme (with key ingredients retinol, SNAP 8, Coenzyme Q10 and L-Carnosine), and you use this product, and the next morning you wake up and feel the texture of your skin and it’s different. Quality of product and customer experience are very important to us. I’d love to meet with clients and find out what they’re looking for.”
Lea says Le Metier de Beaute is for anyone who is concerned with the aging process and about the texture of their skin. Some skincare tips he shares are:
• Pay attention to an eye cream and neck cream at around 29 years old. You can really see a difference between a person who uses an eye cream after 29 and someone who doesn’t.
• Use sunscreen.
• You are what you eat. Stay hydrated, and don’t clog your system with white sugars. You’ll see it in your skin.
In addition to Le Metier de Beaute’s night creme, Lea also recommends its Neck and Decollete Firming Creme, CHEM60 Pro-Peel & GLOW10ai Mask. “The Glow mask is amazing, you put it on and it delivers every vitamin to your skin,” he notes. “So if you’ve been traveling or haven’t had the right diet, and just need to give your skin a boost, you can do it with the mask.”
Neiman Marcus also has its Camp Gorgeous event going on through June 14.With any cosmetics or fragrance purchase of $100 or more, receive an exclusive tote with summer beauty samples. To make a reservation for the Le Metier de Beaute Master Class, call 948-7583 (seating is limited).
