Shop A Le’a At Ala Moana Center

Ala Moana Center hosts its seventh annual Shop a Le’a March 17-23, celebrating global fashion trends and the joys of shopping with more than 100 exclusive in-store events, fashion shows, and shopping and dining offers.

There also will be a Kipling gift-with-purchase tote designed exclusively for Shop a Le’a, a chance to win a luxurious trip to New Zealand, and an opportunity to give back to the community.

Also, shoppers who redeem $300 in Ala Moana Center store and restaurant receipts, dated March 17-23, will receive a limited-edition Shop a Le’a tote designed by Kipling. Receipts can be redeemed at the Customer Service Center. Limit one tote per person, while supplies last. And don’t forget to enter to win a getaway for two to New Zealand. Shoppers can submit their entry from March 17 to 23 at entry boxes located on Mall Level 2 near Louis Vuitton.

Donations also are being accepted for YWCA of Oahu’s Dress for Success Honolulu. Unworn or gently used apparel, shoes, accessories, as well as gift cards will be accepted at participating retailers. Most merchants acting as collection sites will offer discounts and gifts to shoppers who provide a donation. Participating retailers include Amy’s Hallmark, Cole Haan, Crazy Shirts, Dooney & Bourke, Folli Follie, LeSportsac, Maui Divers, Sephora, Tapestries by Hauoli and Valerie Joseph.

Kahala Mall’s ‘Unlock Your Style’ Event

Kahala Mall welcomes the spring fashion season with its ‘Unlock Your Style’ event Saturday, March 15, from noon to 3 p.m. at Center Court.

For one day only, a limited number of keys will be given away to unlock prizes and exclusive store offers. Keyholders also are invited to participate in a scavenger hunt, and everyone who completes the style quest will receive either 100 HawaiianMiles or a special gift. Plus, lucky fashionistas automatically will be entered to win grand prizes of a $250 shopping spree, 16GB iPad mini, and a two-night staycation at The Modern Honolulu. Also March 15 is triple HawaiianMiles Day. Spend $75 or more at any store, restaurant or at the theater between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. and earn three miles for every dollar spent.
