Shed Your E-waste In Kaimuki

This month is a good time for East Oahu residents and businesses to get rid of unwanted and obsolete electronic waste (e-waste).

Aloha United Way is benefiting from drives sponsored by Pacific Corporate Solutions. For the East Oahu community, a collection is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 15 at Kaimuki High School.

The electronics do not need to be in working order. There are two dozen acceptable items, ranging from computer hardware and accessories to phones, cameras, stereo equipment, cords and cables. PCS also offers free drop-off at its Halawa facility.
