iCAN – Career Skills and COMPASS Prep

A student support program designed to accelerate a participant’s preparation for entry into WCC and/or its workforce training programs in careers related to healthcare, sustainable energy or agriculture. Play in Clay
Windward Community College, Hale Palanakila 216, Mondays and Wednesdays until Sept. 18, 6-8 p.m., $140 plus a $30 lab fee. An open ceramic studio for community people. Lab assistants help to teach the basics of preparing clay, the potter’s wheel and hand-building techniques. (235-7433)

Records Information Management

Zwick Art
1041 Maunakea St., July 29 to Sept. 20, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., $1800 plus $150 for materials. Instructors William Zwick and Tanvi Pathare, graduates of the Florence Academy of Arts, teach this course.
