Seniors’ voting guide

AARP Hawaii’s 2012 Primary Voter Guide is available for review at aarp.org/yourvote. It outlines the positions of candidates in every state legislative race on four issues of concern to older Hawaii residents: the state budget, tax reform, health care and long-term care. Three-quarters of the 186 candidates running for state House and Senate seats responded to our questions, including 90 percent of incumbents.
