Scouts Excel In Knots, First Aid
Scoutmaster Brian Cyr is proud to report that his eight-member troop received plenty of recognition at a recent campout on the North Shore.
Pearl City’s Boy Scout Troop 326, chartered by Our Lady of Good Counsel’s Knights of Columbus, was named Honor Troop for July 14-20 at Camp Pupukea.
The boys also earned second place in the overall troop competition by excelling in knot-tying, first aid and campfire-starting skills.
Members are Nicolas Mercado, Phillip Cyr, Matthew Spencer, Jonathan Baverstock, Maxwell Spencer, Aeryk Hatico, Noah Markle and Cade Chung.
New members ages 11 to 17 years old always are welcome to join up and share the troop’s outdoor adventures. For more information on how to get involved, call Cyr at 477-7557.
