Queen’s Opens Imaging Center
The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oahu still is on track to open its doors in the spring of 2014. But in the meantime, it’s already launched its first service: The Queen’s Imaging Physicians Office Building. Located on the first floor, the imaging center offers X-ray and ultrasound services.
The imaging center opened Dec. 10 and currently is accepting patients from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday.
“We are pleased to be able to bring these much-needed services to our West Oahu neighbors and look forward to continuing to provide more quality health-care to this vibrant, fast-growing community when our hospital opens in spring 2014,” said Susan Murray, senior vice president of The Queen’s Health Systems, West Oahu Region, and chief operating officer of The Queen’s Medical Center – West Oahu.
X-ray services are available on a walk-in basis; ultrasound patients should make an appointment.
