Permit For Kalama Cluster?

Comments are welcome by May 13 on the latest cluster housing permit application for the often-contested Kalama Valley parcel.
The city Department of Planning and Permitting is reviewing the request to build 14 single-family homes, called Kalama Hokupa‘a Residential Cluster, on three acres of land purchased recently by Buff Raiders Property LLC.

Located near Hawaii Kai Golf Course at the end of Mokuhano Street, the property originally was envisioned to be an extension of Hawaii Kai Drive through a resort community, and later as the site for 26 homes. The land has changed owners and plans at least three times over the years.
