March is Women’s Histo- ry Month, and in apprecia- tion, a free women’s self-de- fense workshop is planned from 4 to 6 p.m. March 19 at K-Team Martial Arts at 46- 012 Alaloa St. in Kāne‘ohe. It’s the second part of a workshop that started March 12 and limited spaces are available.
