Tealani Wasson of Kahuku High School, Bryce Jones of Kailua High School, Jayden Lau of Castle High School, and Ho‘ohila Kawelo of Le Jardin Academy were each awarded $3,000 scholar- ships... Windward Senior Day Care Center cel- ebrated its 47th anniversary on June 1. The Kailua daily care center for older adults opened its doors in June 1974 under the guidance of founder Hope Morley Gray. It was the first facility of its kind on the island.
