Attention West O‘ahu keiki: The state De- partment of Trans- portation is hosting an art contest in celebration of the rail system’s grand opening. The artwork should depict how public transportation is a great way to explore the community. There are four age categories — pre-K-grade 2, grades 3-5, grades 6-8 and grades 9-12 — with one win- ner from each group.
