Kapolei City Lights’ Block Party, Parade Deemed A Success
On Dec. 10, the city Department of Parks and Recreation presented Kapolei City Lights, an afternoon-turned-evening affair the entire community was welcomed to. The event featured a block party with food, vendors, activities, a tree lighting ceremony and live performances, as well as a holiday parade. At the West side celebration, (clockwise, from right) Mayor Rick Blangiardi (right) and U.S. Rep.
