Fifty libraries across the United States are hosting traveling exhibit “Ameri- cans and the Holocaust” and University of Hawai‘i–West O‘ahu is one of them.

Doors are open 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Mondays-Thursdays, 9:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Fri- days, and by appointment on Saturdays. All visitors must provide proof of a full vaccination or a nega- tive COVID-19 test from a UH-recognized testing fa- cility.
Residents can schedule a visit to the exhibit based on the U.S. Holocaust Me- morial Museum in Wash- ington, D.C, to examine the motives, pressures and fears that shaped Americans’ re- sponses to Nazism, war and genocide in Europe during the 1930s and 1940s.
