It’s that time of year again when dozens of volunteer, off-duty police officers can be seen perched atop 10-foot-tall scaffolds at var- ious locations around the island — including at ‘Ewa Beach’s Laulani Village Shopping Center — with the hopes to raise funds for Spe- cial Olympics Hawai‘i.
