“So much things in Ha- waiʻi are interconnected and the people vote — my dad used to say — with their wallet,” Parcels continues. “People come in and ask us to carry certain products and we listen to our custom- ers. They know that we’re a small enough boat where we can listen to them and be like, ‘Oh, cool! We’ll check it out,’ and we’ll send them an email when it comes in.”
Overall, the BIKEFAC- TORY team hopes that any- one who walks through their doors — from beginners to pros — will leave with the same feeling: “Wow, that was cool. These guys have my back.”
