“I really do have a good experience with the people who work there. Sometimes I’ll see employees at the store and they’ll say, ‘Oh, hey!’ and they know all my kids’ names and remember me. Even with my mask on and no makeup, they’re like, ‘How’s your husband doing?’ It doesn’t feel like you’re just another number or another person, they take care of you like a friend or family, so I really appreciate that.”
