Azaiah Lawton
Age 21, 5 feet 4, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Lawton has 10 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wahiawā area.
On July 29, 2022, a man noticed someone had entered the detached garage of his ‘Ewa Beach home and took property. He reviewed his security cameras and saw three unknown men enter his ga- rage. Police were called and located the suspects. One of them, identified as Lawton, was subse- quently arrested for second-degree burglary.
Manu Charles
Age 27, 5 feet 9, 170 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Charles has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
On Aug. 28, 2014, a woman was in her Kalihi home when a man came to her door and asked for money. When she refused, he shattered several win- dows, causing more than $2,000 worth of damages. Police were called and arrested the man, identified as Charles, for second-degree criminal property damage.

Elima Way. She was wanted on a $20,000 probation revocation warrant.

Vincent Pacheco Po‘owaihealani
(featured here on March 8) was arrested March 28 on Pu‘uhue Place for first-de- gree unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, first-degree assault against a law enforcement officer, third-degree promo- tion of a dangerous drug and resisting arrest. He was wanted for violating a $20,000 supervised release warrant and on a $100 contempt warrant.
