Satisfying A Sweet Tooth
OATMEAL CRANBERRY COOKIES
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
• 1 cup date sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups old-fashioned oats
• 1 cup dried cranberries
• 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
Note: Add 1/2 cup apple sauce if you prefer your cookies moist.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parch- ment paper. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Once combined, add flour and mix well. Add oats and cranberries, and combine. Use small scooper to place evenly sized cookie dough balls onto the lined pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
