Elizabeth Louchez is all smiles after participating in an American Taekwondo Association tournament last month in Washington. She turned out to be the only competitor from Hawai‘i, and placed first in three events and second in another. Congratulating her on a fine performance is Grandmaster H. Lee, a ninth- degree black belt.
