Jason Lazzerini is executive vice president and chief digital officer with Central Pacific Bank. He will direct the bank’s digital products team. He also will be a member of the bank’s managing committee, which oversees the bank’s operations. Lazzerini has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector. He was previously principal for his company, JL Consulting.
Heather Texeira Beyer has been promoted to director of patient flow at The Queen’s Medical Center. At the start of the pandemic, she and her team developed and operated the COVID Infoline, which received hundreds of calls from the community every day. She was previously manager of patient flow, bed control, the Transfer Call Center, the Discharge Unit and admin coordinators.
Ricky Peralta is director of client services for the outsourced accounting firm Accumulus. He will direct efforts to build and maintain positive client relationships while helping the team develop and grow. Peralta has more than eight years of corporate accounting and management experience in the health care, banking and finance industries in Illinois and California.

Keyla Butts has been appointed director of special events at University of Hawai‘i Foundation. In this position, she will be responsible for the planning of UHF stewardship and UH alumni events, working with vendors, venues and staff to produce exceptional memorable events for UHF donors and UH alumni. She was previously director of business development at Hawai‘i Pacific University.
John Hagihara is principal and vice president of the planning and landscape architecture firm HHF Planners. He will continue to advance the company’s excellence in environmental and multimodal transportation projects. Hagihara’s award-winning portfolio includes the O‘ahu Bike Plan, Biki bikeshare stations and Complete Streets planning in both Honolulu and Kahului.
Cynthia Johiro received the 2023 Rhoda Lewis Award from the Hawai‘i Women’s Legal Foundation in recognition of her contribution and commitment to public service. Johiro has served in the Hawai‘i Attorney General’s office for more than 22 years and is a deputy attorney in the AG’s Tax and Charities Division. The Rhoda Lewis Award is named after the first female member of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court.
