It seems like everyone is talking about sci-fifi/fantasy/comedy Everything Everywhere All at Once. It’s nominated for 10 Academy Awards, including Best Picture and Best Actress for Michelle Yeoh. Although Yeoh is the undisputed hero as Evelyn Quan Wang, her co-star Ke Huy Quan may have one of the most heart-warming Hollywood comeback stories of all time. As a child he played this character in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
Seth Rogan is putting his ceramics and pottery business on the back burner to produce Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, an animated feature slated for release on Aug. 4. Various big shots lend their voices to the film, including Ice Cube, Paul Rudd, Post Malone and this former Satur- day Night Live cast member whose mother is the songstress behind the 1975 hit Lovin’ You.

She’s the Man hit theaters 17 years ago this week. The romantic comedy features Amanda Bynes, Laura Ramsey and Vinnie Joes. The film follows Bynes’Viola Hastings, who enters her brother’s boarding school in his place and pretends to be a male in order to play on the boys soccer team. The team captain is played by this actor who is known for his leading roles in the Magic Mike movies.

This day highlights the importance of common courtesy and encourages everyone to embrace good manners. Celebrate the occasion by saying “please” and “thank you,” holding the door open for someone, or letting someone cut
in front of you during rush hour traffic. These momentary good deeds may not seem significant, but they just might make a huge difference in someone’s day.
