Classes are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 5:00pm – 9:15pm, and Saturdays, 8:00am – 4:00pm at Hale Hau`oli Hawai`i at 98-939 Moanalua Road, Aiea (St. Timothy’s
Church). April 23 and 24 will be at a clinical site, location to be determined, 6:45am – 3:00pm.
The application can be found on the Hale Hau’oli Hawai`i website at www.halehauolihawaii.org under the CNA tab. The registration fee is due with the application. The program fee is due before the first night of class.
Scholarships are available through Hawaii Pacific Gerontological Society, (HPGS.org) and Adult Day Care Centers Hawaii.
The cost of the class is: $100 registration fee $800 due by first class
