Age 30, 6 feet 1, 130 pounds, green eyes and brown hair. Hodges has one prior conviction and frequents the Honolulu area.
On Jan. 10, 2017, a Honolulu Police Department sergeant patrolling Waikīkī saw the operator of
a moped commit a traffic violation. The sergeant stopped the operator and saw that the moped’s ignition was missing. Checks revealed it had been stolen the day before. The operator of the moped, later identified as Hodges, was arrested for unau- thorized control of a propelled vehicle.
Ivan Seguancia
Age 58, 5 feet 7, 194 pounds, bald with brown eyes. Seguancia has 21 prior convictions and fre- quents the Honolulu area.
On July 19, 2006, the complainant arrived at his Waikīkī business and saw that his surfboard was missing. The complainant asked an employee about it and learned that a former worker had taken it. Police were called and arrested Seguancia for second-degree theft.
Jace Viela (featured here on Dec. 14) was arrested on Jan. 15 on Vancouver Drive. He was wanted on a $20,000 probation revocation warrant.
