Dr. Paul Uong has joined the internal medicine department of Kaiser Permanente’s Honolulu Medical Office. Uong’s most recent tenure was as an internal medicine outpatient physician at the Acute Response Clinic in Garland, Texas. While there, he was responsible for caring for patients transitioning to primary care.
Anna Fong is a senior digital designer at iQ 360, a woman- and minority-owned business communications consultancy. She will work from the company’s Honolulu office. Fong has more than 13 years experience as a user experience designer. She will help manage iQ 360’s web projects and produce custom digital experiences for clients.
Jonathan Keto is co-owner and director of digital media and technology at Piko Provisions. He will help lead Piko Provisions in deepening community connections to local food systems and share stories of the stewards of the ‘āina. Keto is a former law enforcement officer and the founder of Sky Blue Pictures. Piko Provisions creates quality baby food and children’s snacks in Hawai‘i.

Shauna Pantohan has been promoted to senior vice president and director of culture and employee experience at Bank of Hawai‘i. She will partner with stakeholders to develop a unified communication strategy. Pantohan is a graduate of the Patsy T. Mink Leadership Alliance Program and serves on the program’s advisory board.
Steve Lindberg is general manager of The Laylow, Autograph Collection. He has more than two decades of hospitality management experience with expertise in resort operations and revenue growth strategies. He will oversee all aspects of The Laylow’s operations. Lindberg was previously general manager of Radisson Blu in Anaheim, California.
Carolee Mei-Jin Kapuamae‘ole Nishi has been selected as an honorary member of Hawai‘i Alpha Delta Kappa, an international fraternal organization for outstanding women educators. She has served as volunteer director at Nu‘uanu YMCA for the past 50 years and is the kumu hula for Hula Hui O Kapunahala Hālau, where she teaches students from keiki to kūpuna.
