Lance Parker is president of Alexander & Baldwin Inc. and will retain his duties as CEO. Parker is a 28-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He took the helm of A&B’s real estate business in 2015, oversaw the transition of A&B’s once-disparate mainland portfolio back to Hawai‘i, and the development of a fully integrated in-house property management and leasing capability.
Elaine Panlilio has been promoted to AOAO unit manager in commercial line sales for Atlas Insurance Agency Inc. In this new role, she will mentor and train team members, and oversee the operation of the AOAO unit that insures more than 300 community associations in the state. Panlilio has more than 16 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Howard Pak is wholesale mortgage account executive at Territorial Savings Bank. Pak’s duties will be brokering loan origination, servicing and marketing. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, with nearly 25 of those being in the mortgage broker/banking sector.

Del Mochizuki is vice president of finance and human resources for UHA Health Insurance. She provides strategic direction for all of the company’s financial, human relations operations and activities as part of the UHA’s executive leadership team. Mochizuki was a member of the 2020 cohort of Pacific Century Fellows and is secretary for the board of trustees for Island Pacific Academy.
Kenneth Miller has been named executive vice president, chief investment officer and division manager of institutional advisory services at First Hawaiian Bank. He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, is president of CFA Society Hawai‘i, a trustee of the University of Hawai‘i Foundation and director at Pacific Asian Center for Entrepreneurship.
Kristhiannie Fuentes joins architectural firm InForm Design as a technician intern. She will be part of the company’s production team, preparing drawings for construction, assisting with 3D laser scanning and Revit model creation. Fuentes attends Honolulu Community College with plans to graduate this spring.
