              Cue the existential dread. The fifilm White Noise, based on the novel of the same name by Don DeLillo, is available on Netflflix. Adam Driver plays an anxious professor at a liberal arts univer- sity, Greta Gerwig is his wife and Don Cheadle is his media-obsessed colleague. All of them are fleeing their small town due to this catastrophe.
Set to release in June, Asteroid City is about the itinerary of a junior stargazer convention being spectacularly disrupted by life-changing events. It stars a myriad of well-known actors including Tom Hanks, Margot Robbie, Edward Norton, Steve Carell and this actor known for his prominent role as Walter White on the AMC crime drama Breaking Bad.
Psychological thriller Leave the World Behind stars Julia Roberts. The story revolves around a black family returning to their summer cottage that they rented to a white family, and the tensions that arise between the two parties. The $120 million Netflix movie also features two-time Oscar-winner Mahershala Ali, Kevin Bacon and this American actor
who’s starred in horror films Sinister and The Black Phone.
It was a running joke that Leonardo DiCaprio — who’s starred in award-winning films like Titanic, The Aviator and The Wolf of Wall Street — couldn’t land an Oscar despite being one of the top actors in Hollywood. Well, the curse finally lifted in 2016 when DiCaprio won Best Actor for his portrayal of Hugh Glass in The Revenant, which debuted Jan. 8, 2015. In a gruesome scene, DiCaprio is attacked by this wild animal for an excruciating three minutes (which feels like three hours).

       Houseplant Appreciation Day serves as a reminder to give your greenery some TLC to ensure they remain happy, healthy and thriving. Studies have shown that houseplants boost productivity, reduce air pollutants, improve humidity and reduce anxiety, so be sure to say “thanks” in a language they understand — like by giving them water, sunlight and attention.
