pieces and fold in half. Use the pictured sample as reference and cut out a branch-like piece for the antler, cutting through both thicknesses of the felt. Keep the pieces together. Repeat with the other antique white felt piece.
Fold the 1/4-inch ribbon in half to form a loop.
Glue to the top of one tan circle for the hanger. Cut the wider ribbon in half and glue to the opposite edge of the tan circle for the card holder.
Take one of the antique white felt
antlers. Place a chenille stem down the center and glue in place. This will make the antler shapeable and stand up. Glue the two matching antler pieces together, with the chenille stem in between. Place an antler on either side of the top loop and glue in place.
