PUMPKIN CRUNCH CAKE
Ingredients:
• 1 can pumpkin • 1 can cream
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 box yellow cake mix • 2 cups chopped walnuts • 2 blocks butter, melted
Directions:
Line pan with parchment paper. Mix together pumpkin, cream, sugar, eggs and cinnamon. Pour mixture into the pan.
Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top, then sprinkle nuts. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes and remove. Wait for it to cool. When cooled, flip upside down, cut into squares and put in cupcake holders.
