Set to release in theaters Nov. 18, The Menu follows a young couple who ventures to a remote island to dine at an exclusive restaurant where the chef has curated a delectable menu, along with some shocking surprises. It stars Nicholas Hoult, Ralph Fiennes and this British-American actress best known for her role as Beth Harmon in The Queen’s Gambit.
The sequel to the whodunit film Knives Out is due Nov. 23 and, just like the fifirst one, the cast does not disappoint. Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery follows detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) as he unravels yet another wealth-centric murder. It stars Kate Hudson, Ethan Hawke, Dave Bautista and this hilarious actress whose next project is her very own Marvel series in which she plays a crafty sorceress.
Kenneth Branagh will direct and play Agatha Christie’s master detective Hercule Poirot, as he did for Murder on the Orient Express in 2017 and this year’s Death on the Nile, which were both remakes of older films. For his next project, Branagh chose a lesser-known book of Christie’s titled A Haunting in Venice. It will feature Jamie Dornan, Michelle Yeoh, Riccardo
Scamarcio and this actress best known for her comedy work on Saturday Night Live.
This year marks the 60th anniversary of Dr. No, the first James Bond movie. Sean Connery played the now-iconic secret agent in that film. Since then, seven actors have played 007 on screen, most recently Daniel Craig, who threw in the towel after 2021’s Never Say Die. But between Connery and Craig, there were five other actors who suited up as the fictional British Secret Service agent, including this one who appeared in A View to Kill.
