COFFEE JELLO
Ingredients:
• 3 cups hot water
• 4 envelopes plain gelatin
• 3 teaspoons instant coffee
(Folgers preferred)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 can condensed milk
Directions:
Mix water and gelatin, making sure to remove any lumps. Add cof- fee, sugar and condensed milk. Stir thoroughly.
Strain into 8-by-8-inch pan. Chill until solid. Cut and serve.
