Jana Mukogawa is Atlas Insurance Agency’s newest account executive in its commercial lines unit. In this role, Mukogawa will support the sales and retention division by serving commercial clients, and will assist in growing and retaining existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services. Mukogawa brings to the position 15 years of experience practicing law in civil and commercial litigation.
Robert Yu has been named a legislative appointee to the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation board. Yu is the president and general manager of O‘ahu Transit Services Inc., the nonprofit organization that manages TheBus and TheHandi-Van. He served as HART’s chief financial officer from 2017 to 2018 and brings more than 30 years of financial and local transportation experience to the board.
Tracy Allen, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty, has earned a spot on the 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand, as featured in The Wall Street Journal. RealTrends ranked Allen as No. 107 on the list of top 250 individual real estate agents in the United States. Allen has more than three decades of residential real estate experience and is the company’s global luxury property specialist.

Grant Kubota , a senior vice president and wealth adviser in the Morgan Stanley Honolulu Wealth Management office, has been named to Forbes magazine’s 2022 list of America’s Best-in-State Wealth Advisors. This is the fifth consecutive year that he has received this honor. This award recognizes his excellence in wealth management services and his professionalism and dedication to his clients.
Judy Nagai is University of Hawai‘i Foundation’s new senior executive director of campaign planning. In this role, Nagai is responsible for leading the overall planning, strategy and execution of the organization’s campaign. She will also oversee its corporate and foundation relations team. Nagai holds a doctorate in psychology in educational leadership from University of Nevada.
Kevin Loo-Chan joins the G70 team as a project architect. In this role, he will work alongside G70 principals to lead and manage project teams through design and construction phases for projects in various market sectors. Prior to joining the company, Loo- Chan worked at Urban Works Inc., starting as a project designer and working his way to being an associate at the firm.
