Reuben Silva
Age 45, 6 feet, 225 pounds, bald with brown eyes. He has one prior conviction and is known to frequent the Honolulu area.
Silva is wanted on a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with terms and condi- tions of his probation.
On Jan. 20, 2013, at about 1:30 a.m., a police officer responded to a call about an unresponsive man on Factory Street in the Kalihi area. Once located, the man was transported to a hospital where he later died. Witnesses informed investi- gators that another man had punched the victim, causing him to fall backward and hit his head. Through the investigation, the suspect was iden- tified as Silva, who was later located and placed under arrest for second-degree murder.
Angelica Sims
Age 25, 5 feet 2, 125 pounds, black hair and hazel eyes. She has seven prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wai‘anae and Honolulu areas.
Sims is wanted on a $20,000 bench warrant for failure to appear for a hearing on a motion for revo- cation of probation and resentencing on May 10.
On June 10, 2019, at about 11:23 a.m., a loss pre- vention officer for the Navy Exchange on Bougainville Drive observed a woman select items and place them into a shopping cart. The woman then took the cart into the handicap fitting room before exiting and leav- ing behind the empty cart. She left the store without making payment for the items. The loss prevention officer stopped the woman outside of the store and escorted her to the security office. Police were notified and placed the woman, identified as Sims, under arrest for second-degree theft.
Zaggy Hauk, who was featured here on May 18, had her warrant recalled and is no longer wanted by the police.
