Ingredients:
• 2 cups white rice, cooked • 4 tbsp oil
• 1 cup anchovies
• 3 pieces ginger
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 green onion • 2 tsp soy sauce • 1⁄4 cup pinenuts
Directions:
Pour 1/2 the oil in pan, add anchovies, then remove when done and place on the side.
Pour remaining oil into pan and on high heat add ginger, cooked rice, egg and stir together. Next, add salt, soy sauce, anchovies and pinenuts. Finally, add green onions last, then enjoy.
