Noenoe recalls, “When I saw this elderly man I just went straight into thinking what if that was my grand- ma or grandpa. It was not a safe place for him to be on the side of the road, and the spirits moved me and compelled me to help. I made it a point to do what I needed to do to take care of him. Because I had to leave, I felt incomplete, and I just wanted to make sure that he was all right. I gave him my number and I felt the need to pray for him.
