On the open end of the bag, fold in each corner, leaving about 1 3/4 inch- es in between along the open edge. Crease well.
Unfold the corners. Tuck in the corners to the sides of the bag using the crease lines. You can tape the tucks together to hold the shape. This will form the fish face/mouth.

This simple fish favor is made with a paper sack bag. By changing the size of the bag, you can put all kinds of treats inside, and if you don’t have any paper sacks, you can take some gift wrapping paper and make little bags to use for the fish. You don’t want to use paper that is too thick because you will need to gather the paper up to make the fish tail.
One tip I’ll share is that I have used white circle stick- ers for the eyes. I just color in the eyes with a marker. It
saves time cutting the circle out and it already has adhe- sive!
