NOTE: In place of punches, you can trace a penny for a 3/4-inch circle and a dime for a 5/8-inch circle.

the tube. Overlap the end and tape down.
3 Cut two 3/4-inch circles from blue cardstock. Cut two 5/8- inch circles from white cardstock.
Layer the white circle on top of the blue circles, slightly offset.
