Brett Goldstein, the actor who plays the profanity-laced footballer Roy Kent on Apple TV’s multi-award-winning show Ted Lasso, is a man of many talents. In fact, the Londoner started offff as a writer for the hit show before being tapped to play one of the lead characters. Next, he’s slated to write and co-executive produce Shrinking, another Apple TV series, which stars this Los
Angeles-born funny guy who, like a few others, got his start on 1999’s Freaks and Geeks.
Paramount Pictures is planning a third installment of A Quiet Place. This one will be without John Krasinski, who wrote and directed the first two films, and his wife, Emily Blunt, who starred in them. It will be helmed by this man, who also directed Pig, which featured Nicolas Cage and Adam Arkin.
Newcomer David Blue Garcia directs Netflix’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which hits the streaming site on Feb. 18. After nearly 50 years of hiding, Leatherface returns to terrorize a group of friends who accidentally disrupt his carefully shielded world in a remote town. Cast members include Sarah Yarkin, Jacob Latimore, Nell Hudson, Olwen Fouéré and this
teenager who starred in Eighth Grade.
Fool’s Gold was released 14 years ago this week and starred treasure hunter Ben “Finn” Finnegan
(Matthew McConaughey), who finds a vital clue in his obsessive quest to locate the legendary Queen’s dowry and brings his soon-to-be ex-wife Tess (Kate Hudson) along on the hunt. This is not the first time McConaughey and Hudson have played romantic leads; they initially did this in the film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. What was the name Hudson went by in her role as an advice columnist?

National Galentine’s Day
Celebrate the day before Valentine’s Day like they do in fictional Pawnee, Indiana. Made popular by Parks and Recreation’s Leslie Knope (played by Amy Poehler), the holiday is a time to get together with the women in your life — safely, of course — to laugh, talk story and eat (waffles, if possible, in true Pawnee fashion).
Fill in the blank cells using numbers 1 to 9. Each number can appear only once in each row, column, and 3x3 block. Use logic and process of elimination to solve the puzzle. The difficulty level ranges from Bronze (easiest) to Silver to Gold (hardest). Answers are in the classifieds.
