Del Mochizuki has been promoted to director of finance and human resources with UHA Health Insurance. She oversees financial and HR activities and teams, and supervises regulatory filings, budgeting and compliance, as well as talent management and development. Mochizuki first joined the company in 2014 as financial services manager. She is a University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa grad.
Jonathan Marstaller has been appointed president of Pono Pacific Land Management LLC. He will oversee 50 employees on six islands, actively managing over 15 projects and overseeing dozens of conservation initiatives throughout the state. He is also chief strategy officer for Kupu and president of Poukihi, both sister companies of Pono Pacific.
Sherry Menor-McNamara has been inducted into the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Shidler College of Business’ 2021 Hall of Honor Awards. Honorees are selected based on their demonstration of business excellence in their professions, contributions to their community and dedication to the Shidler college. A 2005 graduate, Menor-McNamara has been president and CEO of Chamber of Commerce Hawai‘i since 2013.

Francis Choe is director of external affairs at Hawai‘i Employers Council. He will manage all public relations, communications, marketing, government and external affairs, including working with the team to produce compliance, informational and educational programs for members. Most recently, he served as senior manager of government and community affairs at Hawaiian Telcom.
Hilary Rosenthal has been named staff attorney of ACLU of Hawai‘i. She became involved in human and civil rights work after beginning her career in environmental justice and environmental organizing with local communities. Here, Rosenthal looks forward to advancing the affiliate’s work in smart justice, decriminalizing poverty and reimagining policing.
Ian Clagstone, who is president and co-founder of Standard Commercial, has been named CEO of SC Capital, the company’s new investment arm. In this position, he will lead efforts to acquire multifamily apartment buildings, as well as office, retail and industrial properties across the state. Clagstone is a graduate of University of Hawai‘i Shidler College of Business.
