Take the black foamie and cut out five circular shapes for the “coal.” Line them up below the nose and glue in place for the mouth.
Take the red felt and cut two hearts for the “cheeks.” Put one on either side of the mouth and glue in place.
Take the Christmas pick and glue to the bottom of the hoop on one side.
Take the 18 inches of the 1 1/2-inch Christmas ribbon and make into a bow. Glue the bow by the pick. Take the 1/4-inch ribbon and tie to the hoop’s screw at the top for a hanger.
