While individual customers can grab a bite to eat, groups can also share Project BBQ’s extreme menu items, like the Hogstravagan- za, an entire roasted pig, or the Hundred Dol- lar Sandwich, two 12-inch-long sandwiches piled with three different barbecued meats. The eatery even has three different Hundred Dollar Platters, where guests can choose from tacos, bratwurst or a build-your-own option.
