Rob Nelson has been named president of Finance Factors. Previously, he was senior executive vice president with the responsibility of running corporate strategy. Nelson has more than 14 years of experience in the financial services, retail and semiconductor industries, and started his career working at Bank of America. He holds a bachelor’s in finance and an MBA.
Kali McDonald is senior client services liaison at UHA Health Insurance. She works with high-level UHA Health Insurance employer groups and brokers to provide superior care and support. She also works with the management team and has training responsibilities to promote the ongoing development of other department members.

Desirae Mathias is a mortgage loan originator at Homebridge Hawai‘i. In this role, she will specialize in residential mortgage loan origination for purchases and refinances on O‘ahu. Mathias was previously the marketing manager for Premier Neurosurgical Institute. She has a degree in public management from Austin Peay State University.
Phil Lum has been appointed divisional commander for Salvation Army’s Hawaiian and Pacific Islands Division. He will oversee operations in Hawai‘i and the Pacific Islands, including Guam, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia. Most recently, he worked at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Hawai‘i.
