Age 36, 5-foot-9, 205 pounds, brown hair and eyes. Silva has 14 prior convictions and is known to frequent the Hale‘iwa area.
Silva is wanted for a $25,000 warrant of arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
At about 6:20 a.m. Nov. 22, 2020, the com- plainant discovered that his vehicle had been stolen from the Waipahu area. Later in the day, the complainant located his vehicle being driven in the ‘Ewa Beach area. Police were notified and placed the driver, who was identified as Silva, under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.

Christyn Kalani-Pawai
Age 35, 5-foot-4, 182 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Kalani-Pawai has one prior convic- tion and is known to frequent the Honolulu and Wai‘anae areas.
Kalani-Pawai is wanted for a $20,000 bench warrant for violating the terms and conditions of her probation.
At about 5:40 p.m. Dec. 10, 2018, a loss preven- tion officer for Macy’s at Kāhala Mall observed a female to select and conceal various items. The female then exited the store without making payment. When the loss prevention officer stopped the female, she pushed him and fled with another female. Police were notified and, through the investigation, the suspect was identified as Kalani-Pawai. She was later located and placed under arrest for second-degree robbery.
