Donald Huffner Jr. is president and CEO of James Campbell Co. LLC. Huffner brings more than three decades of real estate experience to the position. Most recently, he served as president and chief executive of Colliers Enterprises in Florida. He also served as senior managing director of AIG Global Real Estate in New York. Huffner graduated from University of Cincinnati with degrees in accounting and finance.
Jennifer Tanabe has been named creative director of ALTRES. She will lead the marketing and branding for the company, as well as guide the creative strategy and brand development. Previously, Tanabe was partner and creative director at Wall-to-Wall Studios. She graduated from the School of Fine Art at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, earning a bachelor’s in graphic communications.
Guy Fernandes has been promoted to president of Cetra Technology. Previously, he was executive vice president, managing the company’s banking, forensic and data recovery divisions. Fernandes has been with the company for more than 10 years and has more than three decades of experience working in financial, medical, legal, construction and government industries, among others.

Rika Hirata has been appointed chair of Honolulu Japanese Chamber of Commerce’s board for the fiscal year 2021-22. Hirata’s responsibilities include providing leadership to the board of directors, helping to guide and execute the organization’s goals, fostering relationships within the business community and increasing membership. She is currently vice president and team leader at First Hawaiian Bank.
Brian Ware is senior vice president and sales manager for residential lending at Finance Factors. He has been in the lending industry since 2009, and worked at Chase Bank, Capital One, Sun Trust and, most recently, M & T Bank in Baltimore, Maryland, as a branch manager. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Central Texas and previously served in the U.S. National Guard, where he was a staff sergeant.
Kellie Breitfuss has been named operations coordinator at Castle Vacation Rentals Hawai‘i. In this newly created position, she will assist the director with accounting, operations, revenue/inventory management, marketing and e-commerce and business development. Most recently, Breitfuss was an inspector/designer at My Perfect Stays. She is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University.
