Joseph Routt
Age 44, 5-foot-10, 300 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Routt has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wai‘anae area.
Routt is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
On Nov. 5, 2012, a loss prevention officer for Waipahu Walmart observed a male select and conceal various items. The male then exited the store without making payment. The loss prevention officer was able to stop the male and notify police. The male, who was identified as Routt, was sub- sequently placed under arrest for second-degree theft.

Sataoa Kaleuati
Age 28, 6-foot-2, 260 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Kaleuati has two prior convictions and is known to frequent the Wai‘anae area.
Kaleuati is wanted for a $20,000 cash-only bench warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation.
At about 11:57 p.m. Nov. 2, 2014, a Honolulu Police Department officer was patrolling the Mā‘ili area when he observed the driver of a moped commit a traffic violation. The officer stopped the driver and, upon making checks of the moped, it was discovered that the moped had been reported stolen on Oct.
9, 2014, from the Kapi‘olani area. The driver of the moped, later identified as Kaleuati, was subsequently placed under arrest for unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
Tierra Bush, featured here July 28, was arrested at approximately 12:03 a.m. July 24 at 1201 Ala Moana Blvd. for her $25,000 contempt warrant.
Philip Hong, featured here June 30, was arrested at approximately 12:55 p.m. July 29 at 99-392 Ulune St. for his $20,000 probation revocation warrant.
