Recently, we had our Pause & Pamper events, a mini spa day for about 30 caregivers on two islands. We gifted them a day of massages, fa- cials, education and more. The transformations were incredible, physically and emotionally.

Everyone is a caregiver. We either were, are, will be or will need a caregiver at some point in our lives. Caregivers are constantly trying to bal- ance life, family and careers, and it’s easy to quickly be- come isolated, frustrated and stressed.
