Jean Schneider is executive director of Pacxa’s Workforce Development Program. In this role, Schneider will set the program’s direction and priorities, and also act as a workforce development ambassador, liaising with various boards, academic institutions and government entities to grow the program. Previously, she worked for University of Hawai‘i System.
Ryan Morita has been reelected to Hawai‘i State Federal Credit Union’s volunteer board of directors. He has held several positions on the board throughout his two terms, including chairperson, vice-chairperson and treasurer. Morita is also the economic program manager for the Hawai‘i energy office at the state Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism.
Miki Moore-Hardisty has been promoted to chief operations officer with ProService Hawai‘i. She will lead operations and technology for the company’s HR services, which support more than 2,500 local businesses statewide. Moore- Hardisty previously served as chief technology officer. Prior to joining the company, she worked as chief technology officer for Jack in the Box.

Scott Hazelbaker is director of diagnostic and imaging services at The Queen’s Medical Center. He has responsibility and oversight for the programs, functions and activities related to diagnostic and imaging services, which include CT, mammography, MRI, ultrasound and more. Hazelbaker was previously director of radiology at Providence Alaska Medical Center.
Debbie Snell has been appointed executive director of athletics at Hawai‘i Pacific University. She will begin her leadership of the 14-sport Hawai‘i Pacific Sharks program on July 1. Previously, she served as athletics director of Holy Names University in Oakland, California. Snell has also held an athletics administration position at Palm Beach Atlantic University.
Steve Corbisier is group senior vice president and division manager, wealth management, trust administration with Central Pacific Bank. He will oversee the wealth management division, which is comprised of private banking, Central Pacific investment services, personal trust, investment management and relationship banking.
