“Every year, we have a new theme, stemming from the best fundraising idea to sustainabil- ity, to ‘if you were governor, what would you do to make Hawai‘i better?’,” Cramer ex- plains during her speech at the GGG presentation.
The final product — breathehawaii.org — is an easy-to-navigate resource that delves into four types of stress- ors: academic perfectionism, relationships, social media and body image. Each topic has its own page that provides background, resources and possible coping mechanisms. The subjects are areas of con- cern for many teenagers, but it also provides insight for adults.
